Working one on one with a top Conveyancer, you will assist them on a nature of complex and interesting files. You will be dealing with clients and third parties over the telephone, via written correspondence and occasionally face to face, and duties will include chasing documentation such as ID, offers, searches and preparing relevant documents.
This is a busy department, where you will be expected to progress each file efficiently with some supervision.
You will need a solid knowledge of conveyancing, with a good understanding of leasehold and freehold files. You must also have a minimum of 6 months’ experience of working with a Fee Earner on Residential Property files. Attention to detail is vital for this role, alongside the willingness to learn new skills.
