An Exciting ServiceNow Architect role with a FTSE100 Financial Services provider in London
Your new company
Your new company is an industry leading FTSE100 Financial Services provider based in London. As a result of a large overhaul to increase the size of their IT division in order to meet the demand of their big plans and projects in 2017 and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to assist them in continuing to provide their commercial and consumer clients with products and services of the highest quality.
Your new role
Your new ServiceNow Architect role will involve you establishing, implementing and building the ITSM Architecture of the business in order to support and improve the company's ITSM structure. You will be involved in identifying requirement for service system development as well as evaluating and ultimately choosing a specific system solution.
You will also be involved in identifying and building technical integrations with other systems used by the business. You will develop business cases regarding system changes and identify benefits of these changes.
You will looked towards to assist in educating internal end users and 3rd party suppliers in effectively utilising the systems you implement.
As a minor point you will be actively involved in the coding of new systems however this will only play a minority part of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this ServiceNow Architect role. You will have significant experience developing Service System solutions. You will additionally have strong experience with ServiceNow and ITSM system configuration and development.
You will have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and have development experience with .Net, jQuery, HTML and CSS. Jelly development experience is desirable.
