Bond Recruitment is currently recruiting for a STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING - UK SALES MANAGER to join an expanding team - the company is a leading engineering software provider for the building industry for more than 30 years. StruSoft has achieved this by innovative and visionary development, working in close co-operation with leading construction companies, engineering firms, consulting companies and precast factories around the world

The role and responsibilities:º Establishing our office.º Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closing.º Building up a new division inside the group.º Develop in-depth expertise in the company's solutions and how they can be applied to solve business need.º Do first line support when needed.

We are presenting an excellent opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to find a new role in an industry leading software company as the head of our brand new UK Office.At the present time, all of our UK business is being handled from Denmark and we are looking to open a UK based office to provide our extensive customer list with a closer connection and local representative. We are searching for someone who already has many connections in the UK engineering industry and/or Precast Concrete Manufacturers and understand the UK specific structural engineering customs and market. You will be working close together with our VP located in Denmark.We have been a leading engineering software provider for the building industry for more than 30 years. We have achieved this by innovative and visionary development, working in close co-operation with leading construction companies, engineering firms, consulting companies and precast factories around the world.Our main software packages FEM-Design, WIN-Statik, PRE-Stress, IMPACT and VIP-Energy have been applied in analysis and design, 3D-modeling, detailing, assembly and energy. The software applications have been developed into well proven products, and are now used by customers in more than 20 countries around the world. The customers experience increased efficiency and productivity, time saving and increased quality when engineering buildings with our software applications.We are committed to continue the improvement of all products and to provide the best service and support to its customers. The head office is located in Malm? in Sweden. Sales and support offices are located in Gothenburg and Stockholm (Sweden), Denmark, Turkey, Dubai, India and Australia. And there are development centers in Sweden, Denmark, Hungary and India.

Additional Information £50,000 - £60,000 pa Pension, Holiday entitlement bonus and further training

Personal specification:

º High level of self-motivation

º Degree and experience in structural Engineering (min. 3-4 years practical experience)º Experience in selling complex software solutionsº Ability to conduct new prospecting/ cold callingº Confidence presenting to groups of up to 100 people

º Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.

º Establishing our office.

º Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closing.º Building up a new division inside the group.º Develop in-depth expertise in the company's solutions and how they can be applied to solve business need.º Do first line support when needed.
