Support Engineer Senior / Team Lead (Linux Networking Juniper Cisco TCP/IP VMWare Agile). Specialist technology consultancy working on a high end sports betting platform for a licensed bookmaker is seeking a senior, hands-on Support Engineer.

You'll technically lead a small but growing team responsible for providing IT Support, Implementation and Operational maintenance. Supporting a dedicated team of software developers within an Agile environment; you'll take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and product demos to business stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include ensuring all support tickets are resolved; creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation; performance of routine monthly maintenance to proactively deal with potential technical issues as well as design and support of new infrastructure to meet business needs.

You'll be working in a technology driven, collaborative team environment. Offices based in Central London.

*Strong Linux administration skills
*Strong knowledge of Networking (Juniper / Cisco) including switches, firewalls and routers; TCP/IP Network Design and troubleshooting including good fundamental understanding of static routing at a minimum
*Ability / desire to lead a small team
*Basic database knowledge
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Desirable: VMWare
