Windows 7/8/10 - Microsoft - Office365 - Desktop Support - office 2010

My Client is a Multi Million pound property developer in the Birmingham area. They are looking to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role proving end user support via telephone and remote desktop applications.

*1st and 2nd Line desktop support via telephone and remote access
*Dealing promptly and efficiently with end-user requests and queries
*Maintaining and diagnosing pc and peripheral equipment faults and record issues for continued monitoring
*To develop and maintain IT Asset database
*Assisting the Systems administrator in day to day account management.
*Installing and configuring software and hardware.
*To allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT person.
*To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house
*Ad hoc duties within the IT Department and Head Office environment as requested

Windows 7/8/10 - Microsoft - Office365 - Helpdesk - Office 2010
Key Skills:
*Knowledge of Windows O/S, Office 2010, Adobe and other desktop software packages.
*Competent in diagnosing and resolving Hardware and Peripheral issues.
*Willingness to learn, develop new skills and get "hands dirty".
*Full UK driving license and own transport.
