I am looking for a 2nd/3rd line support - Technical Support Engineer - Service Desk Escalations Engineer who will be an integral part of a newly formed Managed Service, service desk team in the heart of Manchester!

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Desktop Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
  • Cisco CCNA & Networking Experience
  • IT Service Desk Environment
  • Great Customer Service Skills

Your main responsibility will be to provide 2nd/3rd line support within a Microsoft arena, and will be focused upon day to day delivery of service solutions which will need to be completed in an effective manager adhering to the SLA's.
