Our client a leading business within their sector are currently seeking a 1st Line Support Technician to join their team.
As the 1st Line Helpdesk Agent will be responsible for providing first class, helpdesk style, technical support and service to your client base. This will include providing support and advice to clients for all queries and ensure the highest levels of customer service are adhered too.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a customer service environment, have a genuine interest in IT & Technology, have excellent customer service skills and be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
