Are you an experienced NAV Dynamic Support Consultant looking to join a thriving and forward thinking Applications Division?

Our client, a leading provider of Business Software, Cloud and Managed Services and IT Infrastructure through out the UK has an exciting opening in NAV Dynamic Support.

You will be part of our Dynamics Application Support team handling client enquiries via telephone hot line, email, or online diagnosis. Ideally your background will include strong CRM support skills with experience of Dynamics NAV, an excellent telephone manner and a dedicated customer service approach to case resolution.

If you are looking to join a progressive company and are eager to take on the opportunity and responsibility for adding skill value to our already dynamic team, are dedicated to ensuring delivery of high quality support and you are eager to learn other Dynamic products then we want to hear from you.

Microsoft SQL Server is a foundation of the applications and therefore a good working knowledge and experience is expected to allow you to be able to diagnose and resolve issues with data.

Additional Training to Support of Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics CRM shall be provided
Understanding of database rationale, finance or any other business experience will be preferred.
