IT Change Manager
As IT Change Manager, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager within our IT & Networks department, you’ll be responsible for the ITIL Change Management process within Arqiva. Promoting Change Management within IT and the business you’ll ensure this is adopted by relevant teams. Taking a strategic view of improving change processes you’ll own the governance and day to day running of the process including the chairing of change advisory board (CAB) meetings ensuring affected teams are present. Assessing the change impact and conducting impact analysis you’ll assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. By encouraging the use of maintenance windows, standard changes and regular releases you’ll reduce disruption to services. With responsibility for reporting and reviewing IT Changes, you’ll also:
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the Change and Problem Analyst
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Work closely with the Release and Configurations manager to ensure that the processes align
• Input into major Incident Management.
With experience in a Change Management role within a similar sized organisation you’ll have a deep understanding of ITIL processes, including formal ITIL qualification and be comfortable applying Change Management principals in a business. Confident promoting change processes to senior IT and business stakeholders you’ll have experience running CAB meetings, holding change reviews and providing management reports on changes. You’ll also have a good awareness of Corporate IT Enterprise systems and platforms.
