ERP Business Development Manager £40k-£50k Double OTE

Are you looking to work for an ERP consultancy partner that has a great market share?

My client is looking for a forward thinking, energetic sales professional to join their ERP Sales team to build on yet another year of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that wants to make the step up and work for a dominant force in the I.T consultancy arena. You will be backed by the sales management, pre-sales and marketing teams. Which will enable you to concentrate on the sales aspect of the job. This is the perfect role for an experienced hunter specialising in closing Big, Complex deals.

This role includes home working with limited travel to the office after an initial period to learn sales processes and company best practice.

*A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
*Experience in the I.T industry and in particular the ERP arena.
*A clear a demonstrable understanding of the software development lifecycle, development methodologies, and framework technologies.

Experience in the following areas are not essential but will be advantageous:
*Successful sales of bespoke software solutions/development frameworks into one or more sectors
*Success with in the public sector
*A great understanding of ERP systems
*Previous experience in selling "Cloud", SAAS or managed services solutions
*Closure of complex deals exceeding £250k including analysis, development, consultancy and PM services.

Technical Skills
*Establish and develop strategic C-level relationships with business and technology decision makers in targeted accounts that will include a large proportion of public sector organisations
*Great communication skills with the ability to present and influence clients
*The ability to manage relationships ensuring you secure both short and long term business.
*Experience with proposal and tender documentation.
*In depth knowledge of the software development lifecyle and how this can be adapted to each client to maximise the efficiency of the ERP product.
*Ability to analyse business processes to identify the issues and their associated sales opportunities

*Commitment to succeed and excel in Sales
*Self motivated and the ability to thrive under pressure and targets.
*Proven Consultative Selling skills
*The ability to affect change when dealing with senior management both externally and internally.
*Needs to be able to work individually but also within a team which will include sales and non-sales personnel
