Our client, a growing recruitment business based in Kent are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join their team.
The role requires someone to liaise with contractor staff, and process their timesheets on a weekly, and monthly basis.
Job duties (this person will basically be processing payroll for candidates in contract placements and all the customer service around that):
- Managing timesheets
- Processing payroll
- Uploading and processing invoices
- Checking expenses
- Making sure contractors are paid on time and correctly
- Reporting on who hasn’t been paid
- BIG CUSTOMER SERVICE ELEMENT TO THIS ROLE AS WELL
- Checking contractors are happy in their assignment/queries etc
- Strong excel experience
- Strong attention to detail/meticulous
- Really good telephone manner - able to build a rapport/sympathise with contracts
- Customer service
- Reliable, hard-working and confident.
