Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group are delighted to have been exclusively retained to work with a global manufacturing business who operate across more than 10 different countries. With a strong presence in the UK and Europe, the business are looking to recruit a newly created position of European CRM Manager (Salesforce).

This role will be responsible for the successful implementation of the worlds #1 Cloud CRM platform. My clients focus is to deliver exceptional customer value, driving forward and implementing customer cloud strategy on the platform.


  • Lead the European CRM solution development
  • Develop and deliver the deployment plan for across Europe
  • Build the success criteria and deployment model
  • Drive continuous improvements in adoption and usage
  • Manage the development and partner relationships to ensure optimal use of standard solutions and minimise the need for customisation
  • Create sales and marketing cadence and deliver a stepped change in data driven performance, including win-loss, customer visits, pipeline management, and marketing ROI
  • Effectively manage the CRM analyst team, ensuring their effectiveness of support across Europe for both deployments and supporting adoption
  • Functional responsibilities for CRM super users in each country sales organisation
  • Lead the awareness of the capabilities and promote the adoption of core and applications from the eco-system to drive the customer intimacy, salesforce effectiveness and growth
  • Ensure tight alignment with the global IT team and adherence to all the companies governance and change management processes


  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a European CRM role on the platform
  • Previous experience managing development resources and partner relationships on the platform
  • Written and Spoken Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in another European language advantageous
  • Complex multi-country, multi-currency manufacturing & sales environment
  • Strong communication skills at all levels and across all disciplines
  • Used to promote strong customer focus and good internal customer relationship management
  • Experience of working for a blue-chip company
  • Experience of leading continuous improvement in IT focused sales and marketing
  • Hands-on knowledge of and its eco-system
  • Analysis, problem solving/resolution and change management
  • Strategic thinking
  • Learning orientation
  • System implementation experience
  • Self-starting and self-motivating
  • Able to make decisions independently, but also prudent to consult stakeholders and associates when needed
  • Willing to commit to European travel


  • Excellent basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
  • Private medical cover
  • Car allowance
  • An opportunity to secure a position that is challenging and will include Global travel
