Senior Residential Conveyancer - Head of Office Role - Lots Of Business Development
A multi-office well established regional practice is now in the next tranche of its expansion plans and so is keen to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to be based at its office which is located north of Dudley.
The firm has around 150 staff spread across a number of offices throughout the West Midlands and Worcestershire and the number is soon to increase. The practice itself provides expert legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to both individuals and businesses alike.
The Residential Conveyancing Team is already established across the majority of the firms' offices and the focus now is to bring in an experienced residential property practitioner to build up the client base at this particular office to consolidate the firms' offering. As such the firm is keen to hear from an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join the firm and drive the offices' conveyancing offering to the next level.
This role is different as it is not just limited to fee earning. A large part of the brief is to undertake business development and marketing in order to open up new revenue streams and enhance the offices' standing within the locality and increase market share. This means that you will be able to take ownership of the residential conveyancing offering in this office and shape the team in your own vision., growing the teams' size going forward.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancing practitioner who has a desire to head up one of the networks' offices and make your mark on the sector so if you are an experienced practitioner who is concerned about progression in your current role this opportunity is definitely worth exploring, especially as a lucrative bonus will be an offer to reward your efforts.
Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes. The firm also prides itself on its non-corporate environment and strives to promote a positive work/life balance which is something many of the larger national practices aren't able to do.
