CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
TO £35K + BENS + BONUS
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a global trading house for a Client Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for global customers and will provide proactive and reactive support, manage overall service delivery and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent service experience. You will have outstanding communication and presentation skills along with excellent problem solving and planning skills. Candidates who have experience with market data and supporting large global accounts will be at a distinct advantage. The role will be mainly focused on dealing with more IT related issues regarding trading solutions software so candidates must have an analytical mindset to problem solving.
Technical Experience Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Windows computer systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 7)
- Advanced experience if Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience of Unix and/or Linux
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Firewall/Proxy issues
