Internal Auditor role with expanding PLC
Expanding PLC business with Nationwide operation
Completing compliance audit reviews.
Measuring compliance to standard operating procedures.
Reporting compliance audit results daily to regional operational management teams.
Educating staff regarding operational procedures.
Encouraging the closure, in partnership with regional and practice management teams, of agreed audit recommendations raised in reviews.
Project work in alignment with the Internal Audit Manager, such as policy development and audits in other business divisions.
Either proven internal audit/compliance audit/similar experience with a strong interest in audit and process compliance.
Experience of multi-site business environments and managing internal stakeholder relationships across multiple sites and locations.
Competent I T skills, particularly with MS Office products - Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
The ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels across an organisation.
A passion for customer service and continuous improvement and embracing change.
Full UK driving license (or equivalent).
£30-32k depending on experience.
Fully expensed car
