Your new company
An IT shared service provider in central London are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to work on a number of functions within the organisation in order to maintain the IT transformation program across companies.

Your new role
You will need to be able to contribute heavily to the engagement of the IT professionals cross functionally within the business. On a regular basis you will be required to prepare core materials for the IT transformation program including, service desk roll outs and security. Making sure that all stakeholders and end. You will be required to engage and communicate with key stakeholders identifying different approaches carried out so that you can understand their various needs whilst embedding the transformation. Solely responsible for developing IT transformation micro-site purposely built to attend to the needs of the IT community. You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing traffic to the company's intranet platform as well as developing a strong communications and strategy plan.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need: - Previous experience of working in a transformation organisation - Ability to demonstrate multiple communication styles and techniques depending on the audience. - Good knowledge of web and print based marketing material - Degree level education - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
