We have an exciting new opportunity for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in Chippenham where we support 4 males and 3 females across three services all very close to each other. Their ages range from 50 to 75 - offering a real variety in both experiences and personalities.

We currently have a variation of part time contracts available, offering up to 30 ho. Shifts are rota based and will be spread across morning, afternoons, evening and include sleep ins. Flexibility is important as all our shifts will be spread across bank holidays, weekdays and weekends.

You will be supporting the people within the service in a variety of ways, be it through supporting D.R with chores around the house, baking cakes with D.S or supporting S.J with harder puzzles - could you be the missing piece to this service? You will also be required to carry out more general support, including financial support, supporting with preparing tasty meals and assisting with personal care.

Aside from day to day support, you will also support these individuals with their hobbies; this may include gardening in the sun with M.G, going on day trips with the people we support and going to the pub with D.S - who doesn`t enjoy a drink with friends?

The people we support need to be supported with patience - as nobody likes to be rushed when answering a question or making a decision. The people we support also need to be supported positively, particularly D.R who sometimes can get upset over something quite small.
