Foresight Associates are proudly working with a top ten Value added Reseller offering IT Services and Solutions to the corporate, public and consumer markets. The company has over 25 years experience in the industry providing leading information technology products from leading manufacturers offering competitive deals. They are currently looking for motivated and driven IT Sales Account Managers who are passionate about developing a successful career within the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of monthly sales quotas including gross profit and gross margin
  • Develop and close new business opportunities
  • Research and profile defined account portfolio to build detailed sales plans, understanding key decision makers, org charts, current investment, current category mix and new revenue opportunities
  • Identify, nurture and close new sales opportunities within your existing account base
  • Develop cross-functional teams of subject matter experts (Pre Sales, Finance, Bid Support, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Marketing) and other sales people to support your accounts - effective communication and ability to work well with a team is critical
  • Regularly reviews/analyses accounts to understand growth opportunities for new lines of business
  • Accurately update our sales CRM every day tracking sales pipeline and sales forecast
  • Drive your self-development, working closely with your manager to set quarterly and annual personal objectives and plan activities to reach these

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A track record in quota exceeding IT sales roles
  • Proven ability to generate and execute business plans to ensure deep sales penetration into accounts
  • Proven success building customer relationships that increase incremental sales growth
  • Demonstrates an understanding of current technology and how this can influence business strategy
  • Experience in technology sales is highly desirable
