Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a highly professional Wealth Advisory Assistant Manager, for my client, a Professional Services business in the Sheffield area.

This successful appointee will be responsible for one [or more] support team/s(Wealth Analysts & Advisory Support), ensuring the team/s are continuingly delivering an outstanding client experience.

The individual will be passionate about the Wealth Advisory brand, and will take pride in all that the business stands for. You will positively engage with colleagues in Wealth Advisory and other service lines, keeping up to date with industry changes that affect the role by reading appropriate updates.

Key Accountabilities;

-Supporting the business to deliver commercial and efficient services that meet the needs of clients
-Managing a team, people management experience is essential
-Taking responsibility for own actions and those of your team
-Developing effective working relationships with peers and colleagues
-Anticipating potential issues relating to workloads and implement solutions
-Working effectively and efficiently in collaboration with the Advisers and other team members, agreeing deadlines and ensuring that self and others deliver within timescales
