Responsibility:

Responsible for the change and communications plans, impact assessment, stakeholder map and engagement plan for a global finance system workstream.

Role purpose:

Looking for a senior business change manager with a background in communications to help in a global transformation programme workstream. Working closely with very senior business stakeholders across the firms Partnership, Finance and Technology departments.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a business change capacity, having worked on global projects
  • Proven experience developing communications and change plans, engagement plans, change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping.
  • Experience of working in a global complex professional services firm
  • Led, coordinated and facilitated change workshops, focus groups, online meetings etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to own, support and maintain key stakeholder relationships alongside projects
  • Experience of working on finance systems programmes/projects (desirable).
