Service Desk Engineer
Global 4 Communications is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer
Basic Salary £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location Horsham, West Sussex
The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to business users via the phone, email and the occasional on-site visit.
Areas of the Service Desk Engineer’s responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:
Resolution of 1st and 2nd line support calls.
Management of support requests via telephone and email.
Working to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team.

Service Desk Engineer Criteria:
Previous experience working on a Help Desk or Service Desk, ideally within telecoms.
Ability to troubleshoot system faults both remotely and on-site.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
To be able to prioritise work and to be able to work on their own initiative.
Strong team ethic.
Desirable knowledge and experience:
Experience working for a Telecommunications Provider.
A Network+ or CCNA qualification.
