Recruit 121 are working with a large national company in Newport who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their growing team. The role will have interviews in the next week with a start date from the 18th April on.

The successful candidate will carry out the following tasks:

  • High volume of invoice processing
  • Matching, batching, and coding of all supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Process payments to suppliers
  • Reconciliations of all supplier statements
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good at picking up new software systems
  • Experience of purchase ledger
  • Excel
