I am looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join a busy domiciliary care team based in Birmingham. The role comes with an excellent salary, mileage allowance, generous annual leave and training with the opportunity for future development.

The role is based in a busy, friendly team and this will be a pivotal role to ensure that care calls are covered and a high level of are is provided. The hours of work are 9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday and there are on call duties on a rota basis. The main duties of the role include:
*Preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas
*Ensuring that clients receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
*Working closely with the Registered Manager/Deputy Care Manager in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing
*Arrange care reviews and risk assessments with Managers for Service Users
*Staff recruitment and retention

To be considered for this great opportunity you must possess the following:
*Previous experience as a care coordinator
*A good understanding of domiciliary care
*Rostering experience along with excellent IT skills
*Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 is preferred, but not essential
*The ability to work well under pressure as part of a busy team
*Car driver with own transport is essential
