2nd/3rd Line Windows Support - Windows, Active Directory, Exchange

*2nd/3rd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) required by leading pharmaceutical company based in the City of London*

One of the leading Pharmaceutical firms, based in London, are currently on the lookout for a 2nd/3rd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) to join a team in supporting around 50 users in the London office - this is a standalone role, so the 2/3rd Line Support must be a self-starter, and really know their stuff!

Upon joining the 2nd/3rd Line Windows Support (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) will get to work with the other IT team members and take escalations from the Global IT Service Desk - the 2nd/3rd Line Support will be responsible for supporting the entire London office, which is predominately windows based, as well as being responsible for the Infrastructure. Escalations taken by the 2nd/3rd Line Support can range from simple 1st Line password resets all the way up to server administration and configuration, so any Support who joins must be willing to get involved at all levels of support.

In terms of skills, we are looking for 2nd/3rd Line Windows Support’s (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange) who have solid experience of working within a Windows environment while supporting Active Directory and Exchange.

Any experience of SharePoint would be highly desirable, though not essential as would any experience of ISO27001.
