Head of Buying Childrenswear wanted for a market leading high street fashion retailer

£80000-£110000 plus fantastic package

My client is on the lookout for the best in the industry who want to take their Buying career to new heights.

I am looking for candidates with a strong kids fashion background who thrive working in a fast paced environment. As head of childrenswear buying and merchandising you will be consistently delivering profitable and commercial ranges that maximise sales, minimise markdown and achieve profit targets. You will have responsibility for the department, so will have to takes a strategic and commercial view in all decision making, to maintain and improve the market position of the brand.

To be considered for this role you will have operated at a senior level within a childrenswear buying environment where you will have final sign-off and ultimate responsibility for the full commercial operation. This will have included managing a team of Buyers and working closely with the design team to bring a cutting edge product offer and range to market
