Page Personnel are currently recruiting a permanent Credit Controller on behalf of a market leading Professional Services business based in Leeds.
This award winning Professional Services business has grown rapidly over the last five years, they have doubled in turnover and they are forecasting continued business growth through a number of new acquisitions. A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Credit Controller to join their successful Credit team based in Leeds. The successful Credit Controller will report directly into the Credit Control Manager and will work in a busy and fast paced team.
They will be responsible for, but not limited to; collection of all outstanding debtor accounts, continued reduction of aged debt, support sales on a day to day basis ensuring credit policies are adhered to, allocating cash, dealing with customer queries in an accurate and timely manner, prepare information for credit limit increases and credit term reviews, maintain accounts on hold and other ad hoc duties when required.
The successful Credit Controller will have:
- A background in Credit Control - Essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables and Vlook ups)
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- CICM qualification - Desirable
