Customer Service Advisor / Sales

Our exclusive client is looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor / Sales person to work within their store in Cheltenham.


The client is an expanding retail brand with a growing reputation for delivering a fantastic customer journey.

Job Description

  • 1st point of contact for all customers
  • Engage with a broad range of customers, identify their needs
  • Demonstrate a range of products based on the suitability to the customer
  • Answer the customer queries, escalating where necessary
  • Introduce additional products and options to match the customer needs
  • Deliver against sales targets by delivering market leading customer service
  • Open & close the store when necessary
  • Cash up when required

This is a small store, you will be required to “wear many hats”, learn new skills & seek out information required to complete tasks. You will also have the opportunity to grow & shape your own role as the business grows. No two days will be the same.

The Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Good communications skills, both verbal & written
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for self development and ongoing learning
  • Have extensive retail experience
  • Knowledge of opening/closing & cashing up routines would be beneficial but not essential

General Details

Typically working 5 days over 6, Monday to Saturday.
