Digital Project Manager - Cheltenham - to £47K + Bens and flexible working

The Company:

An agency that specialises in helping not-for-profit organisations raise awareness, support and funds. The client works with international and UK-based charities across all channels. Established 30 years ago, they are entering an exciting period in their development and are consequently looking to make key appointments to the team. This role is one of them and will develop into a Head of Digital Project Management for the right candidate, it’s a real opportunity to make your mark on the agency.

The Role

Lead multi-disciplinary teams and clients in the delivery of digital projects. Your focus will always be on ensuring the agency deliver the highest standards on time and on budget.

As you develop ongoing relationships with clients, you’ll spot new business opportunities and help the account management teams transform them into live projects. Where necessary, you’ll need to input on new business pitches.


A minimum of three years’ experience as a digital project managerideally gained in an agency or digital team. Commercially minded, you know how to motivate those around you to deliver to the highest possible standards.

Able to capture and understand a client’s requirements and translate them into workable, exciting solutions - knowing what’s possible and what’s not.

Alongside requirements definition, you’ll be digitally aware with experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including strategy, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA.

You’ll have used CMS and CRM systems, done analytics and optimisation, understand usability, design, SEO, social media and online advertising as well as content strategy

A broad awareness of a range of tools, standards, and platforms, solid estimating skills.

Disciplined, determined and focused. You can manage your team’s and own time effectively even in the midst of competing demands.

A confident communicator happy presenting and leading meetings, both internally and with clients. You readily translate often complex tech issues into simple English.
