I am looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join one of the biggest managed service providers in Warwick.
They require an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join their IT Support team, providing service desk support and resolving 2nd Line issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an IT team providing IT support services.

Required Skills
* Active Directory - GPO
* Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
* Office 365
* Experience of MS Exchange Server 2010
* Hardware virtualisation management - Hyper-V or VMware
* Firewall & Network Configuration
* Service Desk or Helpdesk experience

Desirable
