Are you an IT Engineer with the ambitions of working on bespoke applications? Want to be part of continually evolving a company's core architecture?

You will be a key liaison between the Development Team and Account Managers/Consultants and the Head of Operations on a day-to-day basis. The IT engineer ensures users are supported and trained on using the Hub. In addition, the IT Support triages bug/feature requests as they arrive, working with the Development Lead to distribute tasks among work queues. This role offers ample training and coaching as well as the opportunity to work with the latest technologies! You will be working with expert developers, this role will definitely never get boring!

Skills and responsibilities:

·Support of OSX and Windows operating systems 7 up to 10
·Windows server experience 2008/2012
·Ability to manipulate data using MySQL
·Exchange exposure
·Direct involvement in supporting all Hub users, troubleshooting and solving issues where possible, before the input of the Development team is required.
·Liaise with operations team on the tech / Hub training needs of Account team

Desired skills:

·Exposure to DHCP - network maintenance & router maintenance

About You

You will need to be a hardworking and collaborative individual who enjoys working with applications and is keen on learning and expanding on your skills. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be joining a close-knit development team.
