We are looking for an experienced IT service desk manager to join one of our clients in the education sector.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
-Strong leadership or management experience, preferably within a B2B service desk.
-Excellent knowledge of problem, change and incident management.
-Good technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
-Experience delegating duties, performance reviews and conducting regular mentoring
-Working knowledge of up to date desktop applications
-ITIL or similar certifications

-Organised and the ability to multi task, especially during crisis situations
