What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have ITIL Practitioner/Foundation certification, Advanced Level Qualification and a qualification with Cisco, Citrix, VMware, Oracle. The desirables are ServiceNow, Citrix CCENT, MCSA. You will need to have 3 years experience on providing multi-site nationwide support business.
