Role: Assistant Store Manager (retail)
Salary: £20- £25,000 + plus Bonus (£28-29k OTE)
Location: All London

My client is currently looking for an enthusiastic,hardworking,assistant manager used to working in a larger format environment who has a passion for giving excellent customer service.
The role will be working with one of the country's well established but growing retailers that has more than 300 stores across the UK, and are continuing their phenomenal growth by expanding over the next few years.
This company is regularly listed in the Sunday times best places to work list, and is renowned for its internal development and progression.

The role:
Reporting to the Store Manager we are looking for a customer focused individual to take accountability on delivering performance and stock loss targets for a market leading lifestyle brand with a typical annual turnover of around £2-5m.
You must be an excellent people manager with superior coaching skills, and a willingness to support the development of your team members.
You will be a keen merchandiser who knows how to manage large stock levels, you must be fast paced with a real passion for displaying your product.
Service is in the DNA of this brand and you must be able to deliver an excellent experience at ever customer interaction.

The person:
You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, you will be tenacious, hardworking and reliable.
In addition to this you will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real 'can do' attitude, experience of working in a high volume, fast paced retail business would be advantageous although not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training/ development of employees
- Manage the store KPI's, sales & productivity targets
- Stock ordering, control & rotation
- H & S
- Presentation & maintenance of store
- Delivery of fantastic customer service
