This role is covering 13 stores in the Avon/Devon area.

What we look for in our Area Managers goes beyond just great operational management skills, we want people who can have real commercial impact on their stores and inspire them to deliver exceptional customer service.

To come on board as a Savers Area Manager, you must have the following:

• Inspirational and influential leadership and communication skills demonstrated across all levels of the business.• Ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.• Good commercial understanding with proven track record of delivering financial. performance of your area, managing KPIs and compliance of stores• Experience as an Area/Regional Manager in a similar fast-paced retail environment.• Previous experience in managing more than 10 stores.• Self-driven and passionate about retailing.• Able to build relationships and relates well to all kinds of people.• Understanding of how the organisation works and gets things done through formal and informal networking.• Willing and able to travel to support the business.Actively drives own personal development as well as that of the team
