Your new company
A very well-established organisation based in Leicester centre are searching for a Service Delivery Manager to manage 3rd party vendor and ensure Service Delivery conforms with set standards.
Your new role
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering operational and service management across the IT department and will manage SLAs/KPIs in accordance with internal standards. You will also liaise with key contacts to ensure satisfaction/quality standards are maintained to high levels.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous exposure to Service Delivery management of a 3rd party vendor, Project and Programme management and direct experience with delivering multiple technology-based implementations is necessary. Cloud and delivering cloud solutions will be beneficial. You will have strong commercial acumen and will have innately open communication skills having operated in a fast moving ITIL environment beforehand. Also anyone with a Salesforce background would be extremely advantageous but not necessary.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary package up to £50,000 dependent on prior experience. Furthermore, you will receive an excellent package.
