About us

Refresco is an independent bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and brands in Europe and the US. With production in the Benelux, Finland, France, Germany, Iberia, Italy, Poland, the UK and the US our global sourcing and local R&D capabilities offer an almost unlimited variety of products, manufactured to customer specifications and requirements. We are Europe's leading producer of soft drinks and fruit juices for retailers and branded customers. But we're ambitious for more. Our drinks on every table is our vision for Refresco. Although the drinks we produce for our customers do not carry our name, we take pride in the bottling and packaging solutions we provide and take full responsibility for the quality of what we deliver. This vision encompasses our existing soft drinks and fruit juices proposition, but it does not limit us to this. It opens up many more possibilities. It provides the context in which we make our strategic decisions about the markets we choose to operate in and the types of drinks we choose to produce.

With demonstrable experience of working within an engineering function (ideally within a fast paced FMCG or food manufacturing environment) you will hold a minimum NVQ L3 and HNC/HND Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification (or equivalent); have an in-depth knowledge of industrial PCs; and will be conversant with several different types or PLCs (Siemens and Alan Bradley would be advantageous). You will need good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office and be able to pick up other bespoke IT software. Essentially, you will have a good knowledge of Ethernet, Profibus or Canbus; have excellent analytical, influencing and communication skills; and be able to react quickly to mechanical and electrical faults. Knowledge of E80 systems and laser guided vehicles would be a distinct advantage
