The Role

As a department manager you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. The Department Managers my client are looking for need to be very hands-on. You enjoy the fast pace of our business and a job where you make quick decisions and put them into practice. You're a problem solver with a positive attitude. You're also well organised and know how to motivate and inspire people around you. When you're not in the store supporting your team, you develop sales strategies and merchandising presentations, and plan for campaigns and activities. You train, develop and assess the Sales Advisors, as well as organise and plan your department for success.
