Your new role
You will be part of a business change team who are tasked with implementing business process improvements, system implementations and regulatory changes. Your role will include capturing and documenting business requirements, overseeing UAT and process mapping.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background as a Business Analyst within the insurance market (general or Lloyd's insurance). You will have implementing new business processes and systems within the insurance space. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential. A business analysis qualification will also be beneficial.
