1st Line Desktop Support - Bristol - £20,000

I am seeking a 1st Line Desktop Support Analyst to work for a growing professional services company based in Bristol.

The successful candidate will join the organisation at entry level, and will be responsible for servicing a user base of around 200 users across a network of offices. The role will suit an individual with IT qualifications and some customer service experience who is looking for their first full time role in IT support.

The right person will have the following responsibilities:

- General 1st Line Desktop Support
- Password re-sets
- Domain management and set ups
- Active Directory Management
- Support of Windows
- Basic Exchange support
- Printer management, installation and support
- Intranet set ups

In addition to the above, the right 1st Line Support Analyst will have excellent people skills and will be comfortable in dealing with people of all levels. You will also be comfortable working under your own initiative on an unsupervised basis for much of the time, although full training will be provided.
