This premium brand is looking for a strong sales person to work on the trade sales desk supporting the kitchen sales designers and trade manager to deliver an excellent customer experience for their customers.

Salary - £16- 18k Basic + commission + benefits package.

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to build a career withing a company that is renowned as an as an excellent place to work.

Previous trade experience will be beneficial although not essential and full training will be given for the right candidate.

Some early starts will be required for this role with a mixture of 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm shifts

The Role:

You will be working on the trade side of a blue chip high profile kitchen brand selling on the trade counter.
Utilising your experience of selling you will have a passion for achieving KPI's and delivering targets.
Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for taking high value orders, mistakes could be costly for the bottom line, and you must be able to listen to your customer's needs and place orders accordingly making sure that the final product is what has initially been sold.
You must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high profile environment.

The Person:

You must have a passion for selling and have the ability to succeed within a target related environment.
You must be physically fit as there will be some lifting involved in the role.
Your main purpose is to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience you will achieve this by demonstrating passion about the product that you sell.
Being inspiring, engaging and motivating to your team to deliver the highest level of service while encouraging a fun, friendly, atmosphere.
You will have retail experience as a sales person in a high profile environment but you will have the aspiration to want to grow your knowledge within your role to develop your personal skill set.
You will have the ability to learn and keep up to date with product knowledge so that you can be fully informed when talking to your customers, and aware of industry trends so that you can give a fully focused sales experience.

Salary - £16- 18k Basic + commission + benefits package.
