Senior Service Desk Engineer - Manchester - I am looking for a Senior Service Desk Escalations engineer (2nd / 3rd Line engineer) within the Microsoft operating & application arena along with essential general system administration tasks. The role is an escalations point from 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers; you will be working with Microsoft Desktop Windows 7/10, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016, Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls), Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies, General Networking Support & DNS within an IT Service Desk Environment.
