IM&T SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN

We are an accredited NHS Service Desk and are working towards local full adoption of ITIL.

Service Desk Technician:
Grade H - £20,935- £23,796
You must be an experienced, highly motivated and innovative individual wanting to join our developing Service Desk function.
You will be responsible for the effective handling and resolution of 1st Line Service Desk calls, together with the triaging calls and allocation to other staff within the directorate.
You will be expected to have an enthusiasm for maintaining high quality services and be very customer focused.
You must have excellent IT skills and a flair for excellent customer service.
You need to be a team player with a flexible attitude to your day to day work.
