This award winning firm who actively promote from within have an opportunity to join their operations team, and you'll be asked to configure and maintain core web applications plus communicate with both internal and external clients, providing first-level support and training.

This vital position sits within our Resourcing Services team and will give you ample opportunity to learn about different client organisations. The services provided are supported by great technology and candidate management systems

  • You'll be playing a vital part in ensuring these systems are optimized for maximum benefit and meeting our client requirements
  • You'll primarily be supporting internal colleagues who are managing key client relationships (across a wide ranging portfolio) and ensuring the systems are configured correctly, so an ability to take instruction and show outstanding attention to detail and process will be crucial.
  • You'll be responsible for configuring and maintaining our core web applications; and your creative and hands on approach will see you developing and producing internal software based systems to support business practice, with time spent on all aspects of our technical systems including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) video interview and assessment platform.

With a real passion for technology, you'll be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) ideally in an IT related subject; and demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
