As a "Technical Specialist: Office 365, Collaboration SME" your core responsibilities can be summarised as follows:

*Deliver "Operational Excellence" - ensure that "core KPIs" (SLAs, Aged Incidents) are met, leverage offshore teams where possible, keeping our services up-to-date / supported whilst meeting our compliance requirements and delivering on customer expectations
*Service Improvement & Ownership - be the final escalation point, own external relationships, define KPIs, use BI/analytics tools to understand trends, establish and drive improvement plans, evidence and report on service improvement on a regular basis
*Operational Gatekeeper- understand what's coming, what's changing, work with the design team to test and deliver new services and capabilities, ensuring they are supportable and will deliver value for the client
*Evangelism - spread the word, show the "art of the possible" to ensure we get the best value out of our services

This role has ownership (3rd-line support and vendor engagement) of technical services and capabilities including:
*SharePoint Online / On-Premises (2013)
*Nintex Forms/ Workflows

Your time will be split between core responsibilities above, and project delivery.

A close working relationship with the Infrastructure Design team is essential to be successful in this role, as well as a good understanding of business processes.

Workspace & Collaboration resources are split across Southampton, Yeovil and London (Paddington and Digital Hub Offices). The Client also has technical resources based in Lille France, throughout Europe and in the Far East. As part of this role you may be required to visit and work at any of these locations.

*Relevant experience working in a 3rd-line Infrastructure Support role, within relevant SME area
*Recent experience working within a large organisation with a globally disparate user-base
*Technology specific team profile to be attached to this role profile
*Relevant technical training and certification, team/role specific

*Previous experience working in the retail industry or at a corporate office
*French language skills
*Desirable, ITIL Foundation in Service Management, provides a common language and understanding
