Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Aspiring Marketing Manager

Milton Keynes

Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:15

Salary range £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Purpose of the Job:

To implement a range of B2B marketing activities to include the creation of engaging marketing material for both online and offline platforms in line with the global marketing strategy. This role is a special blend of marketing expertise and digital marketing to support sales and raise brand awareness and will include taking the lead on a re-brand of the Company’s website

Role Responsibilities:

Generic Marketing

  • Understand and contribute to the global Group marketing strategy.
  • Managing the marketing budget.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
  • Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Liaising with agencies.
  • Creative input and designing a range of different marketing materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Website creation and management to include devising strategies to improve web content and design to drive online traffic to the Company website to improve and track conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to include content creation, analytics and management across digital channels utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Drive lead generation online.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation strategy (Hubspot)
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
  • Review new technologies and keep the Company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous digital experience/managing a full digital strategy.
  • Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing preferred.
  • Degree or similar in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Proficiency in managing email campaigns, social media marketing, PPC and SEO.
  • Budget management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of complete marketing mix.
