Software Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant for an interesting role in South West London. A wide salary range is on offer from £30-50k depending on how many years' experience you have and the depth of your skills. They are happy to look at more junior people, up to Senior Consultants.

This software solutions company sell a very successful facilities management solution that allows property owners to manage, maintain and plan their properties and work spaces. So, the software is used for dealing with repairs and long term maintenance and many other things such as asset management, planning, work orders, stock control, resource management, hazards, safety, and contractor management.

Their flexible and modular solution includes mobile functionality that sends a message to the maintenance people to look after a multitude of things, whether that be something as small as fixing leaks or scheduling the refurbishment of an entire unit or building.

Many of their clients are banks, large retailers, county councils, hospitals, universities or any type of business with lots of buildings and lots of maintenance and workspace requirements.

Their software integrates with their clients' accounting software, so this Implementation Consultant role is not finance focused, but is very much looking at the workflows that the client has.

They have offices across the globe, but the software implementation projects are normally with clients based in the London area. There is some travel and staying away but it is a rarity. Therefore, you will need to go into head office for a fair amount of time, so you need to live within easy commuting distance of their offices which are convenient for Putney, Barnes, Wandsworth and surrounding areas.

If a client needs a bit of bespoke work, then you will write the specification for the developers, however large modifications are handled by a separate development and business analysis team. There is also a separate team working on the data imports.

So as an Implementation Consultant you are very much focused on the requirements, the software set up, workflows and dealing with the clients. They are looking for a bright, motivated Software Implementation Consultant who has full life cycle implementation skills in a client facing role. You will be happy talking to clients, getting their requirements, configuring the software to fit, implementing the solutions and training the users. You will have good commercial awareness, good documentation & communication skills and a passion for software.

You will be an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant working on Application Software. This could be anything from something similar to their products, such as Facilities Management Software, Property Software, Service Management Software, Workplace Management Software or ERP Software - to Pensions Software, Bookings Software, Asset Management Software, Retail Software, Maintenance Software, CAFM Software, Rental Software, Estate Agency Software or Construction Software amongst others.
