Lead Project Manager required to work within an expanding Business Change and Improvement Team for our client a global financial services organisation undergoing business change. You will need to be experienced in financial services, be a fast learner, adaptable and dedicated in order to cope with this broad and challenging role.

Our client is easily accessed from Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Burnley, Preston, Blackburn areas via car or train and is offering an excellent salary c£50K to £68K + excellent benefits and career opportunity.

Lead Project Manager - Business Change - Key Skills & experience

· Prince 2 accredited or similar industry recognised standard

· Proven planning skills with evidence provided of managing change as part of a project

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

· Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

· An understanding of project management disciplines, methods and standards

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

· Ideally financial services experience

· Driven to obtain the right solution

· Educated to degree level or relevant experience

Lead Project Manager - Business Change -Main Responsibilities

Working as part of the Business Improvement Team you will be responsible for helping onboard new clients and ensuring that the project produces the required products, to the correct standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. You are also responsible for the project producing a result that is capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case.

The role holder will manage, multiple functional projects/work packages deploying a variety of sources of resource often remote from one another. Projects may require initial definition by the role holder.
