My client is a well known retail business who has a newly created CRM Analyst position to join the CRM team working closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager as well as external agencies. to build new and also, maintain existing segmentations. As CRM Analyst you will also support the implementation and embedding of a new CRM system.

To be successful in your application you will have the following:

  • Strong SQL & javascript skills
  • Strong data manipulation skills
  • Prior experience in building reports/dashboards in a commercial environment
  • Experience of using campaign management tools to execute campaigns
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong consumer insight skills and experience
  • Highly numerate and enjoys keeping up with digital innovation and trends
  • Good communicator with the ability to manage complex projects with many stakeholders
