We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator in the Leicestershire location to work within the finance department where you will be reporting to the Supervisor. You will be working as part of a small team and will support each other with ad hoc duties when needed.

The Role

  • Raising invoices and liaising with Finance department for approval
  • Liaising with merchants and building relationships with regional depo’s and Regional Managers to improve business flow
  • Ordering Engineers Van Stock for new Engineers
  • Managing the mailbox to inform and receive instruction and delegate where applicable
  • Liaise with customers and schedule in return works with Engineers to ensure maintenance is successfully carried out to customer expectations
  • Liaise with numerous internal departments including, Procurement and Finance

Skills, knowledge and experience required for this role:

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and organise workload to ensure daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are consistently met
  • Conscientious worker who prides themselves on attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills – Word, Excel and Email
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Confident and pro-active working style
