1st Line Support Technician
Venn Group is currently working with a prestigious organisation based in North London seeking a 1st Line Support technician to provide remote support for their education clients

Location: North London
Length: Permanent
Salary: 20-24k

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Logging calls, providing support to users, and escalate issues as and when needed
  • Use Active Directory to provide remote support and solving technical problems quickly
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service to all users

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows desktops, Windows 7, 8 and 10
  • Networking experience (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi)
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Outlook
  • Experience working in small cohesive teams
  • Experience working within a MSP
